افتحي الكيس المعقم بحذر من الجزء العلوي، مع الحرص على عدم لمس الجزء الداخلي من الكيس للحفاظ على تعقيمه

اسكبي حليب الأم الذي تم شفطه حديثاً في الكيس

تعبئة الكمية الصحيحة: لا تملئي الكيس حتى الحافة، بل اتركي مساحة صغيرة (حوالي 2-3 سم من الأعلى) للسماح للحليب بالتمدد عند تجميده (التمدد الحراري)

اضغطي بلطف على الكيس من الأسفل إلى الأعلى لإخراج أي هواء زائد قبل الإغلاق

أغلقي نظام الإغلاق المزدوج بإحكام شديد عن طريق الضغط على طرفي السحاب معاً

Carefully open the sterile pouch from the top, being careful not to touch the inside of the pouch to maintain sterility.

Pour freshly expressed breast milk into the pouch.

Fill the pouch correctly: Do not fill it to the brim; leave a small space (about 2-3 cm at the top) to allow for expansion when frozen (thermal expansion).

Gently squeeze the pouch from the bottom up to remove any excess air before sealing.

Fill the double-seal system tightly by pressing the two zipper ends together.
