اسكبي كمية كافية من جل الاستحمام على منشفة الحمام باستخدام المضخة. قم بتدليك جسمك بلطف عن طريق رغوة الليفة. شطف بالماء. في حالة ملامسته للعينين، اشطفيه بالماء الدافئ
