ضعي كمية صغيرة من بلسم زيت شجرة الشاي من تشي على راحة يديكِ ووزعيه بالتساوي من فروة الرأس إلى الأطراف. اشطفيه بالماء الدافئ. ضعي كمية صغيرة على شعر نظيف ورطب، ودلكيه، ثم اشطفيه جيداً بالماء الدافئ، وصففيه كالمعتاد
