يستخدم من مرتين الى ثلاث باليوم على البطن، الصدر، الاذرع، الفخذ بشكل مستمر
ينصح بالبدء بوضعه مباشرة بعد الحمل والاستمرار بوضعه بعد الولادة حتى نصل الى النتيجة المرغوبة
