بللي شعرك جيدًا بالماء الفاتر
دلكيه بكمية قليلة من الشامبو على شعرك المبلل وفروة رأسك
رغوة وتدليك باستخدام أطراف أصابعك (وليس الأظافر) في جميع أنحاء فروة الرأس
اغسلها جيدًا واتبعها بشطفها بالماء البارد

Wet your hair well with lukewarm water.
Massage a small amount of shampoo into your wet hair and scalp.
Lather and massage using your fingertips (not nails) all over the scalp.
Wash it well and follow up with a cold water rinse.
